This is a collaboration between SIM Professional Development and DistincTions Asia to study the correlation between personality traits and measures of management excellence in Singapore. Key research outcomes include the potential correlation of specific traits and objective measures of management excellence from Singapore/regional context, such as salary levels/increases, job level promotion etc. Sector specific findings will also be possible.
