

METHODOLOGY


A targeted sample size of 100 pax per annum (Cohort) from the SIM-IP programmes will be recruited. The study is to continue until minimally 1,000 unique individuals have been sampled and analysis performed, estimated to take 15 years.
The Workplace Big Five profiling tool (Profile) will be administered on each sample pax as the basis for the study. (This is contingent on the deployment of Workplace Big5 within the SIM-IP Programme).
Thereafter, surveys to be conducted at fixed intervals (e.g. every 3/5 years) for each Cohort, to determine each individual’s current measures of management excellence (Measures).These measures will be tagged to each individual’s profile anonymously, and statistical analysis conducted to derive correlation between particular traits and measures. These will be aggregated at cohort and study level, for meaningful analysis and findings to determine potentially strong correlation between traits and measures.
